REMOTE MICROWAVE RADIO INSTALLATIONS
Microwave radio towers are often used when a cable run isn’t possible or feasible due to distance or obstruction. In order to get a clean line-of-sight, radio towers are usually place on mountain tops or in locations where it’s not even feasible to run electrical wires sometimes. At remote sites such as this, diesel generators have traditionally been used to provide electricity but these high maintenance solutions are quickly being replaced by renewable, environmentally-friendly alternative power solutions like solar panels and wind generators as the costs of these renewable solutions decline.
