LTI DataComm Appoints New President & CEO – Steve Ziff

Sterling, VA – July 27, 2011 – LTI DataComm, an information technology and services provider to the federal government, announced today the appointment of Mr. Steve Ziff as President and Chief Executive Officer of the company and its subsidiary, Nova Power Solutions. Mr. Ziff has held several senior leadership positions in the technology marketplace and brings with him a wealth of operational experience in technology solutions and support services including business application services, customer support outsourcing, mobile communications and infrastructures, and sales and marketing.

Most recently Mr. Ziff served as the President of Idea Integration, an application services firm. Prior experience includes progressive senior leadership roles within the organization during his 13 year tenure, to include: Group Vice President of the systems integration business unit and Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Idea Integration's Washington, DC office. Additionally, Mr. Ziff spent 4 years acting as a senior consultant, Project Manager, Client Manager and Principal at American Management Systems (AMS). Mr. Ziff received his Bachelor of Science and Engineering from Duke University and also holds a Masters of Business Administration from George Mason University.

Mr. Ziff is replacing Karl Hantho, whose four year tenure at the helm of LTI DataComm and its subsidiary, Nova Power Solutions, concluded earlier in the month. LTI is pleased to also announce at this time, that Mr. Hantho will continue to serve as a trusted advisor and member of the company's Board of Directors.
