New 48VDC Dual Power Distribution Assembly Compliments Popular NPS 2500 Series 48VDC UPS

Sterling, VA – February 1, 2011 – NOVA Power Solutions (NOVA), a Woman-Owned, Veteran-Founded small business, is pleased to announce the release of a new Dual 48VDC Power Distribution Assembly for use specifically with the NPS2500 Series 48VDC Uninterruptible Power Supply.

The NPS2500 Series 48VDC UPS was the first rugged online 48VDC UPS to pass the MIL-S-901D heavyweight shock test (Grade A) in support of ATCA-based, open-architecture applications and programs.

The new 48VDC Dual PDA allows the user to redistribute 48VDC power to up to nine loads, all in 1U (1.75") of rack height. This new product compliments the NPS2500 Series 48VDC UPS by allowing system integrators to use power-efficient 48VDC system components like Blade Servers and NAS arrays.
