NOVA Power Solution to Speak at 2009 Joint Service Power Expo

With a focus on providing tailored power solutions to meet demanding environmental requirements, NOVA’s Senior Engineer Vince Polino is scheduled to give a presentation centered on industry best practices regarding enterprise power selection.  Additionally, Polino will be discussing the industry benefits of a recently standardized ATCA architecture solution utilizing 48VDC power conditioning.

The Joint Service Power Expo will be held 5-7 May 2009 in New Orleans, Louisiana.  The 3-day event will focus on war-fighters' problems with portable power and short-term solutions.  Approximately 400 attendees and 60 exhibitors are expected to attend.

The event, which will take place at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, will bring together war-fighters, policy decision-makers, and technical experts from the Navy, Marine Corps, Army, Air Force, Coast Guard, and private industry who deal with batteries, fuel cells, generators, and other equipment for portable power.  Discussion workshops, formal presentations, and vendor exhibits will be included in the event, which is open to war-fighters, government civilians, and industry experts.
