LTI DataComm Further Strengthens Board of Directors
Hantho Joins Board of Directors, Assumes Role of President and CEO of Nova Power Solutions

Sterling,  VA – March 24, 2007: LTI DataComm announced today that it has further expanded its Board of Directors with the appointment of Karl Hantho. In addition to joining the Board of LTI DataComm, Mr Hantho will also be assuming the role of President & CEO of Nova Power Solutions, an affiliated company to LTI DataComm.

Mr Hantho comes to LTI and Nova Power Solutions following a successful leadership role as President and CEO of BlueTree Wireless Data, a publicly traded company on the TSX Venture Exchange. Prior to BlueTree, Mr. Hantho was President of TANDBERG Inc. a leading provider of visual communications products and services, where he also held a variety of leadership positions in operations, sales and services over his 10 year tenure with the company and its affiliates. Mr. Hantho received his Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University and a Masters of Business Administration from McGill University.
